During my recent stay at First Camp, I found the location quite peaceful, nestled in a wooded area near Mora. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that ensured restful nights. Each morning began with a well-prepared buffet breakfast, offering sufficient variety to fuel my day. Although I fell ill during the weekend, my wife thoroughly enjoyed the serene spa services, exploring the sauna and the tranquil surroundings. The staff demonstrated remarkable kindness by accommodating a late check-out, allowing for a more comfortable departure. This thoughtful gesture greatly contributed to making our stay more pleasant. I also appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to Mora's town center and the serene lake, inviting leisurely strolls. The hotel caters to adventure seekers as well, with various activities like hiking and skiing in the vicinity. For fellow travelers, I recommend requesting one of the newly renovated rooms numbered 300. They're noticeably more modern and inviting. First Camp serves as a solid base for rejuvenation and exploration, allowing guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle.
